Digital Learning Strategy

What is your company's digital learning strategy?  You might ask, "What does that mean?"  I may have asked that question myself but it does make sense.

I have been reading a book about the Expertise Economy and one of the chapters specifically challenges the reader to ask that question.  For the past five years, I have been telling my advertising clients that Fluid Power World offers our audience the opportunity to learn digitally through our multiple platforms.

A digital learning strategy is one where an employer would recommend ways that employees can advance their knowledge about their business and industry through continued learning.  Employees of any company involved with technology need continued learning and if that subject is Fluid Power, then we offer components for a digital learning strategy.

You can start with our digital edition of Fluid Power World.

The content found, free of charge to the reader, will educate and update fluid power engineering people, mechanics, technicians, and supply chain professionals.  Part of the digital strategy could be to review and read each digital issue.

Our five websites ...

... can and should be a part of that digital learning strategy.  Our breakout of topics allows the learner to focus on the area of need,  pneumatics, hose, etc.

Our e-newsletters do the same but they deliver the digital learning directly to the learners' inboxes.  This way, they can quickly review the topics of interest, click on them, and learn more.

For more in-depth learning, we offer webinars, white papers, e-books, video, and now, our virtual classroom.

Plan your fluid power digital learning strategy, stick to it, and watch your knowledge grow.
